Most Important Terms and Conditions
Client Declaration
The client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions, disclosures, risk factors and grievance redressal process before availing Research Analyst services.
- The terms and conditions shall be accepted by the client in writing or through any mode recognized by law. Research Analyst shall ensure that the terms are understood and accepted by the client.
- Research Analyst shall disclose to the client all material information about its business, disciplinary history, terms of service, fees, risk factors and conflicts of interest.
- The client shall provide complete and accurate information required by the Research Analyst for delivering services.
- Investment in securities market is subject to market risks. The client understands that recommendations are based on available information and market conditions at the time of research.
- The Research Analyst does not guarantee any assured returns, profit or protection from loss.
- The Research Analyst shall maintain confidentiality of client information except where disclosure is required by law, regulatory authority or with client consent.
- The client shall not share login credentials, passwords or sensitive financial information with unauthorized persons.
- Any grievance shall first be raised with the Research Analyst through the designated grievance redressal mechanism.
- Client can contact the Compliance Officer for grievance escalation if the issue is not resolved within the prescribed timelines.
- The client may also approach SEBI SCORES or other regulatory grievance redressal platforms as applicable.
- Fees, if any, shall be charged as per the agreement or plan selected by the client and shall be paid only through banking channels.
- Research reports and recommendations are meant only for the client and shall not be circulated, reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
- The client is responsible for evaluating whether the recommendation is suitable for their financial position, risk profile and investment objectives.
- The Research Analyst may suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment, misuse of research, violation of terms or regulatory restrictions.
- These terms shall be read along with all applicable SEBI regulations, circulars and disclosures issued from time to time.
